Day 3 - Last day in Cesky Krumlov

Beautiful morning ride.

Mid morning hike to a closed castle.
Atop a cute village.
Picnic lunch in a park was spectacular.
We had a guided city tour right before dinner.

They found the mojitos.
"Uhhhh. Did I SAY you could have some of my mojito?".
The castle has 4 bears in the moat. No joke. Very sad.

Day 2 - Cesky Krumlov

Amazing medieval village. Yes. That's a castle.This was the view from our hotel room.

The hotel used to be a monastary. They had some interesting things in the public areas.

Yeah, we actually did ride! A lot. It was harder (and funner!) than we thought it would be. Lots of hills!

Day 2 - On the way to Cesky Krumlov

We met the rest of the group (12 other riders and 2 guides) in the morning and hopped a bus to the medieval village of Cesky Krumlov. I can't spell that perfectly since Czech has lots of accent symbols I don't understand. On the way to Cesky Krumlov we stopped at Cesky Budejovice to take a tour of the ORIGINAL Budweiser brewery. I guess they've been tied up in the courts for years of the name, but this one one definitely here first.

It tasted waaaay better than the Budweiser here. This stuff actually tastes like beer!
The engineer in me wishes the assembly line were in operation. I was facinated.

Day 1 - Prague

It's amazing. I wish I'd known how cool Prague is, we'd have spent more time there. As it was, we spent one evening there before meeting the rest of the group. Prague has great energy. Lots of really old buildings and lots of charm. Seems like the night life is hopping.
